All, Seems Sefton House was sold for £245K on about 26th March 2014. The new offices in a close by area cost £425K, add the cost of building extensions, carried out by FRC post sale it then seems £230k of consolidated Registration Fees were used up during the office move. Do I read it correctly?? PNB.

I feel there was a recognition of what had just happened, the knee jerk reaction was a second vote on what I have no idea, the second vote was not openly counted or announced, and thismember did'nt know what the vote was about.

All,

A vote was taken at council and it was agreed Council Membership should be 50/50 Craft elected membership to 50/50 Lay appointed membership. This is Viewed as a very significant forwards step to a true democracy.

So that is how it worked, FRC so then paid £6k of farriers registration fees to Westminster Council to help them lose an appeal by Hemmings.
