I am sure you will be shocked to hear that Peter had a heart attack at the weekend but I am happy to say having had a stint fitted is making a recovery, his son recently had a bad fall on the race track in St Moritz, so he has not had much luck recently, GET WELL SOON MATE !!

i find the term of office quite disturbing as tecnically if council decide that the elected person is not playing ball they can get rid of him, what it does not say is what already exists in the act that anyone who resignes or gets slung off will be replaced by the WCF
