one guy was prosecuted last year and i am not sure what is happening to the ones we reported this year
when these guys come over they come with a uk boarder agency visa to work as grooms they do not have work permits to work as farriers vets truck drivers etc technically the uk boarder agency can revoke the sponsorship licence of the employer and fine them for breaches likewise with truck drivers they do not have licences and no insurance and contravene other uk legislation
however the frc seem to be pretty hopeless at achieving very much with plenty of excuses so when you see argentine you can also report the incident to the uk boarder agency
we must remember these guys just come to earn some money the real criminals are those that are wealthy and employ them for a cheap deal

interestingly enough there seems to be quite a few unregistered about and even cases of them being reported with a very lethargic response from the sefton house staff which I find quite alarming maybe they are to busy whipping our arses and drinking coffee or as i said at frc just plain Incompetent.
anyway everyone is free to contact me and I will be discrete with my sources
