pay for your failings
does anyone think that it would be appropriate for farriers to have to pay FINANCIALLY for failing to pay there registration fee on time or failing to have enough CPD POINTS
Re: pay for your failings
Stuart,
Strange one this, but I see your point, registration fees/retention fees are used to prosecute working registered farriers the net contributors, when illegal horse showers cannot be prosecuted by the FRC because the above reg/ret fees cannot be used for that Purpose!!
WHAT for a court ruling obtained by the employer of SRX WORKERS.
PNB.

yes no illegal farriery has been prosecuted for the last couple of years. the registrar claimed it was to do with hemming's v Westminster council hence why if you are carrying out illegal farriery you cant be prossecuted

This being the case, I should retire and then subcontract a few unregistered lads to crack on with shoeing horses for me, what could be better feet up and a few quid for doling nowt.
