COMMITTEE ON STANDARDS IN PUBLIC LIFE

Postby PNB » Wed Nov 02, 2016 11:09 am

Goggle, Sixteenth Report Cm 9327.

Please read this, craft comments will be most welcome.

I am informed it will be debated at the next FRC,in late November 16.

Members of the public are welcome to FRC. Should be interesting to hear.

PNB, (Craft Elected Member FRC).

(A draft copy of the FARRIERS( REGISTRATION) BILL, 2016/17 has also been submitted and it is anticipated this DEFRA document should/will also be tabled for comment this day.)

This has made for some very interesting reading, running through the governance and code of conduct I can see that FRC have never adopted any of that text into the running of FRC, in fact what they have been doing is breaking the law, god I would love the chance to debate that at council, simply because I know that by the end of that meeting theyed be sliding off there chairs and trying to hide under the table.

Regards,

E.W.

Stuart is getting to the crux of these two documents.

I cannot see how the draft bill,( more of what the working carafe have already got)' and The standards in public life can lawfully inter-digitate !!

We elected members of FRC need help to comprehend how to deai here.

EW thanks,

Help from others (including BFBA ) who are aware is requested.
