All,

Has anbody else noticed the absence of insects this year??

No house flies, a very short yet intense stout fly period, no moths, no midges, no lady birds, very few butterflies, only may flies on thames, late mayflies at that , no aphids what ever is happening here.

PNB.

I have noticed that there have been very few wasps about compared with last year. There were plenty of horseflies earlier in the summer but not many now. No idea why.
